Hello world.

I have been wanting to start a blog for quite some time, but being the perfectionist that I am, I was waiting until I had the perfect name, the perfect design, the perfect first posts, etc. And then it dawned on me -- if I don't start writing NOW, I will never create a blog. In the short amount of years I have lived on this earth, that is one thing I have learned. Circumstances will NEVER be perfect and ideal. You just have to go out on a limb regardless of what is surrounding you!

I do not have a professional camera. I do not know how to take high quality photos. I do not have a cutesy logo or the most creative blog name in the world. But I do have stories. I have passion. I have ideas. I have creativity. And I am learning how to have a happy home. I cannot wait to put all that is jumbled in my brain onto this blog for a person like you who just *might* be interested enough to read my posts and be inspired to do a fun DIY project, have a fantastic marriage or to do something great.

Being that our last name is Head, we like to call our home our Headquarters. So, welcome to our happy little Headquarters. I hope you enjoy your stay :)
